Relational intelligence is the skill of connecting with others and building trust.
Each action we take can deepen or damage trust, and so it matters how we show up in relationships.
We can take responsibility over our interactions -
Rather than casting blame through conflict, we can ask ask, "what might I have done differently?"
By setting and honouring boundaries we can respect everyone's needs.
And by practicing empathy we can open ourselves up to diverse beliefs, values, and ideas.
Relational intelligence empowers us to foster deeper and more harmonious relationships.
And it is a skill that we can learn.
